Thoughts flutter throughout the day. Few stay, few flit, few need to be celebrated. Thoughts are man’s gift, valuable enough to cherish for infinity. In a hope to immortalize those thoughts, I etch words onto this blog wishing all the way to carry them further into the world.

Moods without Reason
Soooo…..hello!
I’m currently having a “I’m thinking too much”
week (again!) so the best way to right my mind is to put those crazy thoughts
down. What better place than my blog, which is the holder of all my madcap words.
I came
up with this “theory” as to why we all experience sadness or even anger without
actually knowing why we are.
To identify this condition is go through a situation when
you are having those jumpy mood and someone asks you why you’re so blue and you
just shake your head and say you have no freaking idea.(excuse the usage of so
many connectors)
So what causes
this anyway? My speculation is that you are expecting something from this world
but you have not accepted the expectation so when the expectation is not met
you feel depressed or angry however you do not know why because you have not
accepted the expectation.
Going over your head?
Let me break it down with a help of an
example.
There is
something you want so badly, maybe a boy/girl you like or an opportunity you
are desperate to get (take your pick). You know that a best friend of yours
wants the same thing and wanted it before you did. So you tell yourself to keep
away from it for after all its your best friend. Now, you haven’t accepted the expectation but somewhere
your hearts still wants it. And then…… your friends gets what she wanted or
rather you also wanted. You feel happy for her but the mood shifts to one of
sadness for your heart is the activator of emotions and your heart knows you
wanted it. Someone who worries about you asks you what happened and you don’t know
for your mind is the one thinking and it
hadn’t accepted the expectation. Thus, resulting in a foul mood without you
knowing a reason for it.
Make sense??
A friend of mine
completely agreed with my theory and told me it was spot on. I cannot be sure
without more inputs. So what do you guys think? I’m somewhere right? Comment with
your views!
