So, last day of photo a day month! It has been exceptionally rewarding not only doing it but also hosting the site. I got to take pictures I wouldn't have otherwise thought of or saw things my eyes would have missed if I wasn't constantly looking for subjects. It has been fun <3

I started with colors, wanted to end it with that!

Again, the prompt. It was word and I went with "Times"

I kind of understand now why people follow the prompts on the Photo a Day Month Website. It is more fun trying to find a particular type of picture than just click random pictures.

If I have a favorite flower, this one is. I love its bright colors, like a pretty sunset. The bee sitting on it's pollen was a nice touch :)

Going with the prompt again. Today's prompt was household items with a creative twist. I picked matchsticks. :)

#7. Photo a Day

One of the prompts for Photo a day month was light. This is my picture for it.

What is it, you ask? It's a blue balloon. I held it against the sun (you can see that tiny bright spot) and the balloon took up a glow. It looks like a light bulb, don't you think? Or the sky with the noon sun.

 I'm horrible at people photography. This is as close as I have come to a passable one XD

This is a picture of leaves fallen on a semi transparent cloth. I love the effect the cloth has on the dry leaves.

#4. Photo a day month!

Yesterday dad took me to this place called Pottery Town. The place lives up to  the name. The whole area is made up of houses and shops making pots and like things. The hundreds of pots of all sizes lined up in the sun to dry really caught my eye. I couldn't spend more than ten minutes there but I tried to get a few pictures.

Maybe I'll try to visit the place again to really experience the whole place.

I know taking pictures of flowers is overdone, but this one's petals looked so paper like, like tissue paper that someone had just crushed. I had to take a photo of it!

February is finally here! I'm been looking forward to the photo a day month. My eyes become more focused and I'm on the lookout for interesting things to shoot. It makes everything look different, everything on a different perspective. If you are not taking part in the Photo a Day Project, you should!
