Take my hand

and we shall

walk

no distance seeming

near no time

being long.

It is where the

sky meets land

both embracing

each other in

an illusion

to human mind.

There I want to

show you

no space is infinite.

You can see the sky

holding onto

his love

barely reaching over

yet in a eternal hug.

Then will you see

it come true

a testimony to love.

Two souls forever

together

in a place we simply call

horizon, a illusion to human mind.

#22.My forever there friend

All alone never existed

in my world,

for never was I in my

own company when

I had him.

Who said there was

something called lonely?

 for all I had to do

was switch on a light

and see him,

my forever there friend.

He did everything I  did

cloning all my movements

always never speaking

for words were never his thing.

In the darkness I couldn’t

find him but I knew he was

right there, hugging me close

in a feather like touch.

His worldly name was shadow

but I knew better

he was my forever there friend.

Loving me in silent notes

taking my steps together

so I never would feel

I’m all alone.

#21. Your Swirl of Love

your gaze could lift

armloads of feelings

fluttering like flies

in my abandoned

 soul

which

I had left to dust

having never felt much

before.

but elapsed love and all that

now I’ve forsaken

as I see myself in the

lime light of your view.

oh! Things seemingly look

right, as I’m drenched

in your glow.

 the blush in

my flesh

 testimony enough

of the swirls of love

you evoke.

let me clothe

myself

in the silk gossamer

of your love.

squirming and wriggling

to fit further

in your heart or arms.

what else can I try

but to fall,

as they say,

head over heals

for you

and

 all that you are.

#20. Farewell darling

Farewell darling my ship is here

soon I’ll be aboard and towards home.

I wish to take you along with me

but you say this is your home, this is your land.

Will  you miss me as I will you?

You love me after all, don’t you?

Here, I have a gift for you,

take it along with my kiss.

No don’t cry, not now my lady

remember this was your choice

to not come along with me.

Now now my dear, yes I’ll leave my

heart here, for you to hold, for you to love.

I’m a sailor, my lady, I cannot stay.

Why this sudden change of heart?

It was you who fit me into my sailor suit today

you understand I have to continue my journey.

Yes I love you too, you will be the only woman

I’ll love. You will be on my mind always

on this journey and even after that.
