Thoughts flutter throughout the day. Few stay, few flit, few need to be celebrated. Thoughts are man’s gift, valuable enough to cherish for infinity. In a hope to immortalize those thoughts, I etch words onto this blog wishing all the way to carry them further into the world.

What,Mother,do you whisper in my ears?
In the notes wafting in
the wind
The messages in the blush of the sky
The stories twined in the water braids
The song singing in the tree veins
What, Mother, do you whisper in my ears?
Tell me
Tell me
All the words you have.
What, Mother, do you whisper in my ears?
Is it about your love?
Like the light of a lamp
that lights others and burns self.
What, Mother, do you whisper in my ears?
Is it about your care?
That envelops us like a seed shell
but soon releasing the plant out
to grow and learn.
What, Mother, do you whisper in my ears?
Is it about your beauty?
Which is like the smile on
a lover’s face on the moonlit night?
What, Mother, do you whisper in my ears?
Is it about your magic?
Like the kind that grows in
a mother’s womb?
What, Mother, do you whisper in my ears?
Maybe there is nothing to hear
But to just know it is you.

ReplyDeleteI love it <3 A great way of saying listen to mother nature, or perhaps to just relish in it, admiring it all. You've got such a passion for nature that's always nice to see :)
Thank you, Olivia!
