#22NaPoWriMo: My mind does not smell

The origin of this poem was kinda weird and interesting. I went to bed last night trying to come up with a poem for the next day's NaPoWriMo. Throughout the  night I kept repeating this phrase
'My mind does not smell' in my dream. I have no idea what it means but I couldn't resist writing the poem!

Flavors of the flowers
The aroma of nature
breath of fresh air
Or the petrichor in the wind
come spring
Or autumn
my mind does not smell.

A mind smells from its memories
And I have none
How does a mind smell then?

  1. Interesting title choice. It intrigued my interest ^.^ One misspell in the last line of first stanza. I think you meant not instead of no...
